Hello, my name is Kelly O'Dea. I am a professional hairdresser here
on the peninsula of San Francisco.
I have been practicing and studying the fundamentals of hair coloring
and haircutting and its progress for 2o years. I made a commitment
to myself when I became a licensed cosmetologist that I would always
keep on top of the latest technologies in my industry. I am constantly
studying the ever-changing styles of fashion and how it relates
to hairdressing.
From classic to avant-garde, I have the ability to produce a suitable
look on almost anyone. As a member of the International Hair color
Exchange, I exchange my knowledge with top colorists from around
the world to advance the art of professional Hair color.
As a professional Hair color educator for the Aveda Corporation,
I have trained licensed cosmetologists on every aspect of hair color,
from basic theory to advanced technical applications.
This not only gives me great gratification knowing that I can teach
others publicly but also that I am constantly on the cutting edge
of what is going on in my industry. I apply my knowledge every day
while working on my clients in my salon.
